The Armstrong Seventh-day Adventist church is involved in helping people of the community to get heart healthy. We do this through an intensive program called CHIP (Coronary Health Improvement Project).
The Coronary Health Improvement Project, CHIP, is a community-based, lifestyle modification and motivation program. CHIP guides participants on a 30-day health-enhancing journey that produces phenomenal results. Graduates are amazed at their personal achievement in health through such simple lifestyle adjustments.
